The Copper Coast

Waterford’s Copper Coast is a UNESCO Global Geopark. Extending along the coastline for 25km, it’s named after the 19th–century copper mines that lie at the heart of this spectacular stretch of cliffs. Extending between Fenor in the east, to Stradbally in the west and up to Dunhill in the north, it’s a magnificent sight that shouldn’t be missed.
